Zodary does not offer refunds. Because generation begins immediately after payment and produces a personalized digital report, purchases are final.
At checkout, you'll confirm you want your report delivered immediately, which is what makes this policy possible in the first place: some countries give buyers a 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase, and requesting immediate delivery is what replaces that right with our reissue-instead-of-refund approach below.
If something is wrong with your report, whether that's a typo in your birth details, a technical issue, or anything else, contact support with your order number. We will correct the issue and reissue your report at no additional cost.
Support requests can be opened within 30 days of purchase.
