These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of a Zodary personalized astrology report (the "Report") through the Zodary Reports website ("Site"), operated by Zodary ("we," "us," or "our"). Our formal legal entity name, structure, and address will be added here once finalized.
By placing an order, checking the box to accept these Terms at checkout, or otherwise using the Site to purchase a Report, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not place an order.
These Terms cover only the one-time, guest-checkout Report purchase described here. There is no account, login, or subscription in this product.
Zodary generates a one-time, personalized astrology PDF report based on the birth details you provide, in one of three formats: an Individual Report (one person, you), a Relationship Report (exactly two people, you and one other), or a Family Report (one to five people, you and up to four others). For orders covering more than five people, contact support for pricing.
This is a single purchase. There is no account to create, no login, no recurring charge, and no ongoing service. After your Report is generated, we make it available to you through a private, bookmarkable status page and, as a convenience, by email.
Your Report's interpretive text is produced by an automated system, applied to astronomical/astrological calculations derived from the birth details you provide. No human astrologer reviews, writes, or approves your individual Report before delivery. Because Report content is machine-generated, it may occasionally be inaccurate, generic, repetitive, or not reflect our intended tone. If something in your Report looks wrong, contact support and we will review and, where appropriate, reissue a corrected Report (see Section 5).
Zodary Reports are provided for entertainment, self-reflection, and informational purposes only. They are not, and must not be relied upon as, medical, psychological, psychiatric, mental-health, legal, financial, relationship-counseling, parenting, or other professional advice. Zodary does not diagnose, treat, or provide therapy for any condition.
Astrology is a symbolic and interpretive framework, not an exact science. A Report is not a source of factual, verifiable, or precise information about you or anyone else, it describes tendencies, themes, and possibilities, never certainties or guarantees. You are solely responsible for any decision you make in connection with a Report. If you need professional help, consult a qualified professional; if you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.
Your Report is produced in two layers with very different degrees of certainty. The astronomical layer, the positions, house placements, and relationships we calculate from your birth details, is computed numerically to a high degree of arithmetic precision; where we describe our calculations or methods as "precise," that arithmetic is what we mean. The interpretive layer, what those positions are said to mean about a person, is not precise, not exact, and not objectively verifiable. It reflects the particular traditions, methods, and written interpretive content we have selected and applied through an automated system; other astrologers, traditions, or software could read the same chart and reach different conclusions.
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into this contract. This Site does not currently verify your age; that representation is contractual, not a technical control.
For a Relationship or Family Report, you enter birth details about other people. By doing so, you represent that: you have the legal right and authority to provide that person's details to us for generating a Report; if that person is a child, you are their parent or legal guardian, or you have that guardian's authorization; the details you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge; and you bear responsibility, as between you and us, for having obtained any consent required to share another person's details with us. We rely on these representations and do not independently verify a person's identity, age, or your authority to submit their details.
Report prices are shown at checkout in the applicable currency. Applicable sales, use, VAT, GST, or similar taxes are calculated and added at checkout using an automated tax engine based on your location. Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor, through Stripe's embedded Payment Element on our checkout page. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number, card data is handled directly by Stripe within Stripe's secure fields. Your payment is also subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy. You authorize a one-time charge for the Report price plus applicable tax at the time you submit your order; Report generation begins immediately after your payment is confirmed.
Zodary Reports are non-refundable. Because each Report is a personalized digital product whose generation begins immediately after payment, we do not offer refunds, in whole or in part, once an order is placed. If something is wrong with your Report, a birth detail you mistyped, a technical problem, or a quality concern, contact support with your order number and we will review it and, where appropriate, regenerate and reissue a corrected Report at no additional charge. Reissue is our remedy in place of a refund.
A support request for a given order can be opened within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, the identifying details attached to your order are automatically deleted or de-identified under our data-retention policy (see the Privacy Policy), and we may no longer be able to look up or reissue that specific Report. Nothing in this section removes a right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law of your country or state that cannot be waived by contract.
If you are ordering from the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with a statutory "cooling-off" right for digital content, checkout includes a specific checkbox where you confirm you want your Report delivered immediately and acknowledge that doing so waives that right (and the refund that comes with it). We ask everyone for this confirmation, not only buyers in those jurisdictions, so that no order relies on Section 5.1 alone to displace a statutory right it doesn't actually override without that separate, explicit consent.
The Site, the Zodary name and branding, the report templates and design, and the underlying calculation methods and software are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any of that to you.
Subject to your payment and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Report we generate for you for your own personal, non-commercial purposes (for example: reading, saving, and printing it for yourself and the people it is about). You may not resell the Report, present it as your own product, or use it commercially. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

The Site and the Reports are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any Report is accurate, complete, or suited to any purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zodary will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from or relating to the Site or a Report. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms, the Site, or a Report will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
The governing law, venue, and dispute-resolution approach for these Terms are still being finalized and will be added here once confirmed. Whatever is chosen will respect the mandatory consumer-protection law of your home jurisdiction, which frequently cannot be contracted around for consumer purchases.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order governs that order. Material changes will be posted on the Site with an updated date before they take effect.
